Description
Working in Bridgeport with the Director of IT and senior management team, you will manage and support agency’s IT infrastructure, including local and wide area networks, servers, telecommunications operations and security systems. You will also assist in the maintenance of the agency’s applications software and participate in the development of short and long range IT plans and acquisitions.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 5 years experience in supporting/maintaining technical infrastructures and applications with progressive levels of responsibilities; solid PC skills with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, networked technology infrastructures and information security; as well as a strong and proven problem solving abilities.

Description
Client/front office supervision, collection and documentation of client fee, record management, billing and other office management tasks. Responsible for checking clients insurance eligibility and coordinating the service authorization process.
Qualifications
Experience with Health Insurance Reimbursement preferred, High School graduate, 2 or more years office experience, knowledge of MS Windows; clerical and computer skills.

Billing Specialist

Description
Coordinate, Implement and manage reimbursements for self pay and third party payers for services while providing clinicians and support staff updated reimbursement information. Interface with outside parties to insure that our agency obtains proper reimbursement for services rendered while ensuring the agency’s quality.
Qualifications
Associates degree or Certificate in Health Insurance Reimbursement, Preferably 2 years experience in Office Administrative experience, strong ability to multi-task, Knowledge of MS Windows, Practice Management/Billing Software

Intensive Outpatient Clinicains will conduct individual and group counseling.
Qualifications
Experience necessary with substance abuse and mental health background. CT licensed clinicians are preferred. A Master's degree in Social Work, Family Therapy or related field required. Spanish speaking a plus.

Implementing a Vocational Curriculum to YES! clients identified as being in need of assistance in this area. The curriculum will include brief vocational and skill assessments, a psycho-educational group, and possible job placement.
Qualifications

Responsibilities include all aspects of the 12-Core functions of a substance abuse clinician including assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling.
Qualifications
Working with mandated population preferred, Drug and Alcohol Certification, college degree with relevant field of study, experience within the behavioral health environment and valid CT drivers license.

Program Director

Waterbury West : Full-time

Description
Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, and routine day to day operations for a 50 bed residential treatment facility.
Qualifications
